Shipping & Refunds

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through ArrowTether and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Waitlist reservations do not require payment and are not purchases.

Shipping

Once orders open, we aim to ship in 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times after shipment are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original condition, subject to inspection. To start a return, email getoutdoors@arrowtether.com with your order details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
